On April 1, 2024 Corix merged its water and wastewater operations with SouthWest Water to form the Nexus Water Group – serving over 1.3 million people across North America. On November 16, 2022, an application was submitted to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) seeking approval of a proposed business combination and restructuring (Application). On December 15, 2022, the BCUC issued Order G-369-22 regarding the Application.
