To open a new water or wastewater customer account, please submit the completed Service Application Homeowner ( 566 KB) to our office at least two business days before you require service.

To open a new account or apply for water, wastewater, stormwater service and solid waste collection, please submit the completed Service Application Builder ( 586 KB) to our office.
To view your account, navigate to our eCare portal and enter your User ID and Password.
To change or update information on your account, please contact Corix Customer Care at 1-866-457-7273.
To close your account, please contact Corix Customer Care at 1-866-457-7273. Water and wastewater customers must contact Corix Customer Care at least 48 hours prior to your moving date to ensure that we can get the appropriate meter readings to close your account. Please note that you are responsible for all charges until your account is closed.
