Heritage Pointe Water and Wastewater
Corix Utilities (Foothills Water Inc.) has been part of the Heritage Pointe community since 2005, when we first acquired Thornmark Utility Corporation from the Upper Lakes Group. As an investor-owned utility, Corix provides water treatment and distribution within the community of Heritage Pointe under a franchise agreement with the municipality, the Municipal District of Foothills No. 31.
Heritage Pointe Bulk Water Sales
Corix also provides bulk water sales and raw water for irrigation requirements at the Heritage Pointe Bulk Water Station located on Pine Creek Road.
