Corix Connect logo drop shadow 300x300To manage your account, you'll soon be able to use the Corix Connect online self-service portal to make most changes yourself. Corix Connect lets you manage your account from any device, anytime, anywhere. Please watch for details in upcoming mailings and on this website.

For now, please contact Corix Customer Care for any urgent account updates and changes.

Update an Account

Please contact Corix Customer Care for changes to your account, such as contact information, payments and payment preferences, paperless billing, etc. Once Corix Connect is launched in your community, you'll be able to make most of these changes yourself.

Open an Account

Service ApplicationTo open a new account, or apply for service at an existing location where services already exist, please complete the Service Application and email or mail it to Corix Customer Care.

Close an Account

To close an account, please contact Corix Customer Care at least two full business days (48 hours)  before your move, so we can close your account. You are responsible for all charges until the account is closed.

Customers Currently on Credit Card Pre-Approved Payment Plans

Please note, if you've been enrolled in a Credit Card Pre-Approved Payment Plan (CC-PAP), you'll need to re-register on Corix Connect once it launches in your community. You will soon receive further information by mail.

Previous eCARe and eBill Users

The eCARe and eBill websites have been decommissioned. These services, and more, will soon be available on our new Corix Connect self-service portal. Historical billing can still be obtained from Corix Customer Care.
