Ways to Pay Your Bill

Corix Connect also lets you view current and past bills, and sign-up for paperless billing.

Sample CUI Bill


  1. Account Number
    Your 10-digit Account Number should be referenced on all correspondence and payments
  2. Bill Summary
    Billing and due dates, and total payment due
  3. Corix Utilities Contacts
    Customer Care, emergency, and other contact information
  4. Billing and Consumption History
    At-a-glance graphs will appear depending on your services
  5. Detachable Portion
    Attach this lower portion with mailed payments. Please write your 10-digit Account Number on the front of all cheques
  6. Payee Name & Remit Address
    Please ensure your online banking and cheques are completed accordingly

Billing Terms & Conditions

Terms of Payment

The full amount owing is payable by the due date indicated on your bill. Please allow sufficient time for your payment to reach us.

Interest

Overdue balances are subject to a late payment interest charge.

Returned Cheque Charge

If your cheque is returned by the bank unpaid, a service charge may be applied to your account.

Overdue Balance

A “Disconnection Notice” indicates the balance on your account is overdue. To avoid disconnection of service, the overdue balance must be paid immediately. If it becomes necessary to disconnect service, payment of the full balance owing will be required to reactivate service. In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, a security deposit will be required prior to re-activation and a re-activation charge will apply. Reconnection of service may take up to 48 hours. Please advise Corix Customer Care if payment was made recently.
