Following Corix’s application to sell three high efficiency condensing boilers and associated equipment housed in the Temporary Energy Centre No. 1 (TEC1) filed on April 30, 2019, the BC Utilities Commission has issued the attached Order G-117-19 establishing a regulatory timetable for the written public hearing process.

Parties who wish to participate in the proceeding may submit a letter of comment, register as an interested party, or request intervener status. Parties requesting intervener status must register with the BCUC by completing a Request to Intervene Form available on the BCUC’s website by the date established in the regulatory timetable attached as Appendix A to this order.

Updates on the proceedings, orders and decisions can be found directly on the Commission’s website at Corix Multi-Utility Services Inc. Application for Disposition of Assets from the Burnaby Mountain District Energy Utility.
