Billing

West Shore Environmental Services (WSES) has a Partnership Agreement with the City of Langford to operate and maintain all sewer infrastructure in Langford. As such, all sewer system user fees are paid to WSES and not the City.

Sewer system user fees are billed annually the first week of June for payment by July 2 of each year.

You'll also find answers to many questions we receive in the Frequently Asked Questions below.

Ways to Pay Your Bill

WSES accepts the following methods of payment:

  • Cash
  • Debit card
  • Credit card (MasterCard and Visa)
  • Company cheque
  • Personal cheque (allow 10 business days for processing)

Payment can be made at the WSES office or by phone at 250.478.2187 if paying by MasterCard or Visa.

For online payments, please ensure your payee search is for Westshore or West Shore and NOT Corix, as this will cause a delay in processing.

New Connections

Once your Service Application is approved, and applicable set-up fees and related charges paid, you'll be provided with a Sewer Authorization form to present to the City for a building permit and/or plumbing permit. Subject to the WSES Terms and Conditions, billing for annual sewer services will commence upon issuance of the Sewer Authorization.
