On February 29, 2024, an application was submitted to the British Columbia Utilities Commission (BCUC) seeking approval to increase rates for 2024 and 2025 for customers of the Burnaby Mountain District Energy Utility, among other items.
The BCUC launched a proceeding to review Corix’s application and approved the requested rates increase on an interim, refundable or recoverable basis, effective March 1, 2024.
